Director, Advanced Pain Management Fellowship and Associate Professor of Professional Practice

Dr. Jackie Rowles is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Adult Nurse Practitioner certified in Non-Surgical Pain Management. In her 6th term as International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists President, Rowles is a sought-out speaker for nursing and interdisciplinary events. A recognized expert in advanced pain management and global advocacy to increase access to surgical care, Rowles is an Associate Professor of Professional Practice and Director of the Advanced Pain Management Fellowship in the Texas Christian University School of Nurse Anesthesia.


She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the highest awards from IFNA and American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). Rowles is an author/editor of multiple international books, serves on global committees for the UN, WHO, G4 Alliance, and the ICN APN network. Nationally, she serves on committees for the AANA, the National Board for Certification/Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists and the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.

Airway Management Masterclass: Practical Skills in Ventilation and Intubation

Airway Mastery is an immersive, hands-on preconference intensive designed to strengthen clinicians’ confidence and competence in airway management. Participants will engage in small-group simulation to practice ventilation, intubation, and confirmation techniques under expert faculty guidance using high-fidelity airway trainers. This highly interactive session prioritizes skill refinement, clinical judgment, and real-world application in a supportive learning environment.
